Are you an ambitious professional ready to develop your own region and build a market from the ground up? We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Developer to expand our presence in the Swedish market. If you enjoy creating your own success and making a tangible impact, keep reading.

This is what energises you

As our new Business Developer Sweden, you will be responsible for the Västerås–Eskilstuna (Mälardalen) region. You will not just be maintaining an existing market; you will be given the autonomy to shape and expand your own territory.

Furthermore, we are expanding our Swedish team with two additional Business Developers. These colleagues will be working spread across other regions in Sweden, and you will meet up regularly to align strategies, share market insights, and collaborate closely.

On a daily basis, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Market Development: Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities with Swedish machine builders.

  • Full Sales Cycle: Executing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and contact to successfully closing deals.

  • Networking: Building a strong and reliable network of prospects and industry connections.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and Solution Engineers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • Strategy and Insights: Providing market insights and feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market strategy in Sweden.

This makes you successful 

You are entrepreneurial, curious, and ready to establish our brand in a newly entered region. You thrive on turning conversations into commercial success and appreciate working independently within an international, dynamic technology company.

In addition, it would be highly beneficial if you align with the following profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a B2B commercial or business development role.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow, combined with a practical, hands-on mentality.

  • Affinity with industrial automation, cloud solutions, or mechanical engineering is a significant advantage.

  • You are based in Sweden, specifically in or around the Västerås–Eskilstuna (Mälardalen) region, and you are willing to travel within your region by car to meet prospects.
