What will you be working on?

As a Product Marketeer at IXON, you will play a crucial role in our next growth phase. You will become responsible for optimising our product messaging and for executing product marketing campaigns and product launches that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our product.

Within this role it is key to develop a deep understanding of our target audience, competitive landscape, and market trends to position our products in a way that resonates with customers and drives sales efficiency and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and the leadership team, to ensure alignment on product messaging and goals. More specific, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the positioning taskforce and develop our Message House further;

  • Manage the product website (;

  • Build the process to run message testing;

  • Build an end-to-end process for product launches;

  • Run product campaigns and events to promote our product and its enhancements;

  • Create sales enablement assets for Sales and Marketing;

  • Collect and create customer success stories with our product;

  • Create a feedback loop for the product team;

  • Expand our portfolio of product integrations.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a customer-centric mindset, who is able to prioritise customer experience and work with other teams to make sure that we’re approaching communication and messaging from an outside-in perspective. You’re able to think strategically and propose solutions, but are also willing to make your hands dirty in the underlying tactics to make it happen. You are also creative and able to come up with compelling messaging and campaigns that grab customers’ attention and differentiate our product from competitors. It is likely that you will be successful in this role if you can also check some of the following requirements:

  • Experience in product marketing or equivalent, preferably in a B2B SaaS company;

  • You’re able to analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions;

  • You’re able to identify problems in our messaging and campaigns, and develop effective solutions to drive product adoption and growth;

  • You have strong communication skills, which enables you to communicate the value of the product to both internal and external stakeholders;

  • Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and on-time delivery of documentation, projects and product launches;

  • You possess business acumen, enabling you to have a decent understanding of the different function within the company;

  • You are prepared for dotted line reporting. Direction may come from multiple angles; so you have to adapt and prioritise amongst different teams and leaders.
